Currently, only occupiers based at Orion Business Centre (phase 1) need to begin to consider relocation of their businesses and your ‘term certain’ is guaranteed until the end of this year. Our Estate Manager can provide regular updates as to how the scheme is progressing, and when we require phase 1 to be vacated.

We welcome enquiries from current businesses based at the Orion Business Centre to discuss relocation to the remainder of the Renewal estate (Bolina Industrial Estate, SE16 3LF and Excelsior Works, SE15 1EP) as we have availability within later phases and will always prioritise businesses that are currently based on site.
